Terms and Conditions
By signing up and actively using the RDP Rewards program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. RDP Rewards may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with RDP Rewards. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the RDP Rewards program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change. In the event of legal action, the laws of Indiana will apply. The failure of Sunshine Rewards to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older. Our program is open to residents of US and Canada and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses. Any member that does try to sign-up more than once will have their account deleted. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing RDP Rewards account. You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your RDP Rewards account and pressing the change information link. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your RDP Rewards account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by RDP Rewards be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up RDP Rewards. You agree to receive email advertising from RDP Rewards, limited to no more than one per day. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from RDP Rewards your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. In the event your email account on file is full for 30 (thirty) consecutive days your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. If you account is inactive for more than 31 consecutive days your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings

Relationship of the Parties:
You and RDP Rewards are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and RDP Rewards. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of RDP Rewards. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the RDP Rewards program.

Limitation of Liability:
RDP Rewards will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or RDP Rewards program, even if RDP Rewards has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, RDP Rewards aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Paid Offers and Shopping:
RDP Rewards is not liable for the Terms and Conditions of the paid offers or shopping merchants listed on the site. Members must comply with the Terms and Conditions stipulated by those sites in order to receive credit. Members will receive credit for offers or sales only when they click on the specified banner or link on RDP Rewards and Cookies are enabled for tracking. For paid offers, the member must not have completed the offer in the past. Offers will generally be credited within 2 weeks, depending upon the offer provider or merchant. Larger offers and those most susceptible to fraud will post to the account history but credits will be held until the 15th of the month after the month in which the offer is completed. Most sales credits will be held for 21 days from the date of purchase. Members should keep emails confirming any and all signups in the event that they do not receive credit. However, the member receiving credit is contingent upon RDP Rewards receiving funds and confirmation from the offer provider or merchant. If the offer provider or merchant fails to provide credit to RDP Rewards, RDP Rewards will not credit the member. Cancellation of an offer immediately after joining or returning purchased merchandise may result in credit being revoked.

Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails, credit emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by RDP Rewards. Members may earn by referring new members to the RDP Rewards program. Members will earn 2.00 credits for each member referred who becomes active by earning at least 5.00.

Members may begin cashing out after they have been active for at least 45 days and earned at least 10.00 credits. Members will be paid via Paypal or by gift certificates. RDP Rewards will pay members when their balance reaches 20.00 and they request payment. At times, members may request gift card options of less than $20 through the Redemption Center. As long as your account is in good standing, Paypal cashouts submitted by the 15th of the month will be paid on the 15th of the next month (or the next business day). Paypal cashouts submitted by the last day of the month will be paid on the last day of the next month (or the next business day). Cashouts are limited to $500 per month. Gift certificates and gift cards are sent out within 4-6 weeks. Sunshine Rewards reserves the right to request verification of identity before payments are issued.

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, autosurf programs, other get paid sites, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with RDP Rewards and may result in legal prosecution. RDP Rewards strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. RDP Rewards may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. RDP Rewards will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

Tax Liability:
All federal, state, local, and other taxes on rewards earned and prizes won are the sole responsibility of the members. If at any time you would like a total of the amount that you have cashed out for in a given year, please contact us.

Disclosure:
Sunshine Rewards may be compensated by any merchants or sites advertised in any way on Sunshine Rewards. We do accept products for review as well as monetary compensation for sales generated through Sunshine Rewards. We also accept payment for clicks, emails, and banners.
